WOW! What a great day so far today as I got to start it out with the one and only Dr. Jeff Lip. I got the chance to sit down with Jeff this morning to go over a few lessons that I took some notes on from Sam Crowley, when I first met him face to face in June 2017 at his Live Event in Cincinnati, Ohio. There are just a few points from my notes that I get Jeff's thoughts / examples on that really have made a difference with me and I know with his help and with this discussion, they can help you too. For me a major part of this discussion is about momentum and self-confidence. Two of many things that I walked away from Sam's event that summer.
