Found some eye-opening information about fear as I was reading (and still need to finish the book) "Tribes" by Seth Godin. A great book about Leadership and how people are looking for someone to lead them - especially in this new age of technology. When he spoke about fear and how much of it comes from being worried about being criticized or being blamed. Amazing to read about things that hit home with my life and truthfully how much fear has affected me. I'm hoping a few points from this episode help you to.
