Awesome thoughts that came to me thanks to John Maxwell about giving people energy. Much of this is to me, all about kindness, empathy, giving encouragement to others. Our physical energy is tied into how we think of ourselves and if we are getting criticized or we do that to ourselves, our energy level drops. I love the question in here that says - What kind of environment do you think you could create if you continually affirmed people when you first came into contact with them?
