Starting out my day with a few thoughts from John Maxwell is always a good start to any of my days. Building Trust is probably the biggest thing in a relationship, and we are all in need of some of that now for sure. There are so many things that we all need to do in building this with people & it really starts by us working on ourselves. You know, one of the most difficult people you will ever have to face is the person in the mirror in front of you. Trust implies accountability, predictability, and reliability. We need to work on these things - all of us. Everything that has been going on in the last week and a half or so - it is dependent on each of us to take these lessons and apply them to our lives.
