I found so many fantastic thoughts and ideas from the book "Raise Your Game" by Alan Stein Jr. One I had to share with you is what he talked about being a mismatch and you know what? I totally agree with him on this one. He mentions the power of negativity over positivity and that we must come up with basically 5 times as many positive moments, interactions, experiences, etc., to overcome each negative one.
