We all have those moments in life - especially once we start driving - where things just don't go our way. A little accident that happened with my daughter driving got in the way of an enjoyable Friday night. First and most importantly, she was ok. No injuries to her, but the car - some severe damage to the front left side of the car. During our long wait for the tow truck to arrive, there were 3 different people that made a difference that night - and again, it wasn't the most earth-shattering incident, but it was still frustrating and costly to our family. The 3 difference makers that I met that night taught me some important lessons about how little things can make a big difference with others.
