Hearing a lot lately about the world getting us all down. Hope is taking a hit - studies & surveys out there saying how much negativity, hatred, depression, anxiety, etc. is out there with so many people. I've seen it, heck, I've felt it plenty of times. But my message is that we don't have to jump into that pool and swim around the stuff. We all have the opportunity to do things in our lives to make a difference with all of that stuff.
