That'short for Emotional Freedom Techniques. this is a technique I have used personally with great success. On Megyn Kelly TODAY, Megyn is joined by Adrienne Cerulo, who says this healing technique known as tapping freed her from four years of excruciating pain. Nick Ortner, is the author of the best selling book The Tapping Solution. Nick says Adrienne is still pain-free after two years.
