On Sunday, April 2nd, 2017 - Pastor Michael Miano gave an overview of our April examination of the "hope of Israel". Speaking against the often confused concept of "resurrection of the dead" in the Christian Church, Pastor Miano explained that this is an area we cannot afford and do not have the liberty to be confused. Utilizing and overviewing the Apostle Paul's defenses in Acts chapters 21-23, Pastor Miano detailed that resurrection is not a future reality for Christians, but instead is a current reality, an eternal reality, in Christ Jesus. He also detailed that is is an injustice to Scripture to see the resurrection body as a new individual reality rather than understand the corporate concept that was reality and fulfilled in and to that first century generation.
