There is no aspect of your life that is not influenced by what you eat. If you choose to keep eating junk food, how could that decision affect you and your family's future?
Show Notes

The class is in session! Do you know what condition affects about 1 in 200 people, mostly women? Are you or someone you know suffering from this autoimmune disease? And are you constantly on the road consuming a diet of mostly high sodium-rich foods? If that describes you, it may be time for you to add some high-fiber foods to your plate.

Prevention is the key to wellness! Lifestyle changes such as controlling weight, reducing alcohol intake and limiting meals with meats and fish rich in purines can help you avoid joining the 3 million people who are diagnosed with this illness every year. Healthy habits are hard to develop and often require changing your mindset. But if you’re willing to make sacrifices to improve your health you could avoid developing both of the health issues discussed this week. So Let’s Veg About!
