Hi. I wanted to record a very short podcast episode, partly because I'm trying out a new microphone and I wanna see what the sound quality is like, and also because I'm reading a book called Energy Speaks. By Lee Harris and its messages from Spirit on Living, loving and Awakening. And I love Lee Harris's work and his channels from disease, his spiritual guides. and it's a fabulous book. I bought this quite a while ago and I've read lots of it before, but I was just, just going through it again and I was looking at the, the chapter on trust and. Putting your whole heart into love and the, the great antidote to fear, the energy of trust. And he talks about looking at all our relationships in a kind of honesty and awareness and, tapping into trust. And knowing that when you can and when you do, it brings you so much closer to yourself and others because it involves, um, an emotional vulnerability and builds true safety. When you can really trust your inner guidance, and your, intuition So that every relationship you have, especially the one with yourself, which is what affects all other relationships, this can be called successful when trust is present and strong. So trusting our gut instinct as well, and he offers an exercise in seeing the real you, being as authentic as we are and being able to. Be this way truly amongst others. What a liberation. What a freedom. So this is the exercise. Take a slow, deep breath in, and as you breathe out, really feel your connection to your body. And your heart and the inner life that is so active in you and with a soft gaze, see in your mind's eye a person up ahead. Let them gradually come into focus and this person is you, but you look different from how you saw yourself in the mirror this morning. You are more be. More vibrant, more alive, and more awake than you've ever seen yourself. Is this you in the future? No. This is you right now. So let this in. See this true mirror of who you are with your talents and skills and abilities. The creativity that you express, the love that you give, however much you may want to argue the point. You do not see yourself clearly. You hear it said many times, but you do not always take it in. So see if you can take in the truth that is obvious to everyone who really loves you. You are extraordinary. The occurrences in your life that you have deemed mistakes or missteps or failures do not detract from this truth. They only add to the texture and richness of your being. You are extraordinary when you walk into a room, you change the energy in ways that only you can. See and feel the light that emanates from your soul. Feel the unique warmth of you, and then when you are ready, return from this encounter with yourself with a greater willingness to be seen by others. And recognize that we are all sacred mirrors for one another. And Lee Harris goes on to say how, of course, every person longs to be seen and known and loved by others. Every person wants to matter and to be significant in the hearts and lives of those they share love with. And. The more that we connect to our own love, the more clearly we can be seen. The more we connect to who we are here to be, the more clearly we can be seen and some will not be able to see us fully, and that's okay. We can trust that and we can still be ourselves, unashamedly and gloriously. And he writes. You came here to experience being you freely and without apology. And the more you give yourself over to the highest heights of that, the more fun you'll have, the more joy you will feel, the more beautiful will be your relationships, the more healing you will bring into the world. And I see this also so wonderfully. In relation to advice of a dancer, where this expression, this form that we are and this expression of, of the sacred and the divine in this world, when this is fully realized and expressed, then that is our purpose in the world, to be more of who we truly are and all of us different expressions of the. So ultimately, the one consciousness, as moody says, the expressions may vary, but the source is the same, and really tapping into that which makes us so alive, that is our message or our expression, our joy is our greatest gift. To the world and how amazing that they're all different. We all have different loves, different interests, different talents, different ways of being in the world, and I wish you a really wonderful Monday and hope you have a brilliant week.
