Hello, I am Joshua P. Warren, and this is Joshua P. Warren Daily. Well, it is what many people consider a Star Wars holiday. Why, you might ask? Well, it's May the Fourth. Well, why May the Fourth? May the Fourth be with you. Yeah. You know some nerd came up with that a long time ago, right? So But it is a reminder. Every time May the Fourth rolls around, I do think, of course, about my book that I'm very proud of called Use the Force, A Jedi's Guide to the Law of Attraction. And uh I'm I'm very happy that I went through what actually was kind of a grueling process to write that book because I was writing a book on philosophy, really, and uh people love it. You know, I mean just go look at the reviews on uh Amazon.com for that book and you'll see. Um people love it and um changes lives. I mean, I I get emails from people all the time saying like I bought ten copies and gave to all my friends, and that's when you know you've you've written something you can be proud of. But anyway, so uh yes, it is May the 4th, uh, and I am here in Las Vegas, Nevada. And uh so that means, of course, I previously was on the East Coast, so now I am three hours behind the East Coast. And it does take some adjustment, even with a weird schedule like mine, uh, where I'm uh up half the night and sleeping during the day and all that, uh it still takes some adjustment getting over that three hour difference. But at least the month of April is over. And this just wasn't any old April, you know. Um April of this year, well, you know, April is always a weird month. You've heard me talk about that. So April is April, but then on top of that, also for a good part of April, Mercury was in retrograde, which according to astrologers means that things are even more likely to go wonky. And then as if that weren't enough, we had a Friday the thirteenth. All that stuff happened last month, and you lived through it. But not everybody did. Because as you know, it was right there in the midst of it on Friday the thirteenth when Art Bell died. You know, I told you something was gonna happen in April, and I'm sorry, I I know it may sound like a self-fulfilling prophecy, but it that's just the way it is, you know, everything is timing. I mean, if you think that there's not some kind of clockwork and the way this universe was set up, I don't know why you're thinking, okay, because there is. This is it's set up like some kind of a clockwork. It's not as nice and precise as we humans like would like it to be, but there definitely is a mechanism going on here, and April has something to do with it. But that's over now. So take a deep breath, pause, relax for a second, no matter what you're into, no matter what you're up to. Isn't that nice just to pause? And sometimes you need somebody to tell you to do that. That's the weirdest thing, because you're breathing all the time, and you don't even think about it. And so sometimes you actually need a guy like me to say, hey, whatever you're doing, stop. Just stop for a minute, okay? Just relax, take a really deep breath. Okay, just hold it for for a few seconds and let it out, and just be like, whoo. Okay, it rebalances you. And uh you have to do that once in a while, and sometimes you have to remind others to do that, and they need to remind you to do that. So here we are in May. And you know, I wouldn't even be leaving this podcast right now, probably, uh, if it weren't for a bit of a snafu that has happened with the TV shooting schedule. Because I'm supposed to be on the set right now uh shooting the TV show. But um turns out uh there is uh a thing called, what is it, a permit. Oh yeah. Permit that you need in order to shoot at certain places. And uh that it's you see, I'm such a gorilla filmmaker, I don't think I've ever gotten a permit to shoot anything I've ever shot. I just go out there and I just start shooting until somebody tells me to leave. And uh, you know, I get people to sign releases and location releases. You know, you can get your paperwork down, Pat, but a permit? It's like, God, we gotta get the government involved now? Oh boy. So, yeah, uh some of these shooting locations require permits, and um we were gonna be shooting, but uh turns out the permit that we're gonna need is gonna take so long to clear that uh I have been telling you I was going to do this TV shoot between now and the event that I'm doing here in Vegas, which is May 16th, 17th, and 18th, finding your magic at MGM's Excalibur Hotel one time only. Um But it turns out because of this permit problem, we're gonna actually be shooting instead after the event. So I was kind of looking forward to shooting and then having that done and then doing the event and then having that done and being like, ah now I can sleep for three days, but nope. Now as soon as the event is over, I have to run out the door and uh start shooting this thing. So uh woe is me. I know, I know you're playing your fiddle for me, but uh, you know, basically what I can tell you is that um uh plans have changed a little bit if you care about that sort of thing. One thing I can tell you, however, is that being here in Las Vegas, oh boy, it's hard. It's hard to keep your waistline intact. I mean, I I want you to hurry up and come and get the event done because I'm gonna be one fat bastard pretty soon. I've had some of the best food I've ever had in my life out here. I love the food in this town. As a matter of fact, and this is not some kind of paid endorsement or anything, last night I was in Henderson, Nevada, and I went to a restaurant that has been open now for just, I think, four months. It's a Mexican restaurant, and it's called Chavelos. C-H-A-V E-L-O Chavelos. And I have eaten a lot of Mexican food. My wife is from Texas. I grew up in North Carolina, and there are a lot of great Mexican restaurants in North Carolina. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants was in Puerto Rico, place called Pika Pica, they're in Boca Rome. But let me tell you something, man. If you are in the area of Las Vegas, you gotta drive to Henderson, Nevada, and go to this place called Chevellos, Mexican. And I almost don't want to tell you even more than that because they actually surpr okay, I'm gonna just do it, okay? They they surprise you, so I'm gonna spoil it a little bit. At least they did for me and Lauren. It's like, okay, you go in, they're super nice, great atmosphere, okay? Nothing nothing at all unpleasant about the atmosphere. You go in there, you sit down, you order your food, and then they bring you out like all this extra stuff that you didn't even want. And then you're thinking at first you're like, oh man, like this is too much food, but then you eat it and you're like, oh man, this is really good. So they bring out like some extra soup, you know, and then they bring out they brought us out a dessert. We didn't even order a dessert, and they brought this big ass dessert out. And we're like, whoa, what? Um it was it was just a fantastic thing. But I'm telling you, seriously, it's it it does suck when you like get up every morning and you look in the mirror and you're like, I can see myself I I look fatter today than I looked yesterday. And um, you know, I have people who they send me emails and they say, Can you make a sigil for weight loss? And I'm like, Yeah, I can make one. I can make you a sigil, yeah. But nothing's gonna change unless you stop putting sugar and booze and fat in your mouth, because that's what it's all about. Because I know, I mean, you know, I come from those genes. My dad's a big man, and I'm a quite hefty fellow myself, and uh so yeah, it's it's hard. It's hard because we live in the land of plenty. We live in the land of milk and honey. And especially when you're here in Vegas, you you if you don't have some kind of self-control over what you eat and and drink and do, then you will very rapidly disintegrate. So that's one of the things that you just have to like remind yourself of because you can have whatever you want delivered to you uh 24-7, and I mean whatever you want. But I also appreciate that because look, I'm not saying you have to do all these things, but I like the fact that when you're here in a place where you know you can drink, you can smoke weed, you could go get a hooker if you wanted to. Uh uh you can I'm I'm saying like you can eat whatever you want, you can do all this stuff if you want to twenty-four seven. Okay? Twenty-four seven. As long as you behave yourself. And so you have freedom here. You have freedom. And you're treated like an adult here. I I always hate it when you're in some kind of bar and uh you know one thirty comes around and they start turning on the lights and they turn off the music and they kick you out like you know all of a sudden you've turned into you know some type of vermin because that uh well the law says we have to stop serving right now. Um here, no, you are in control of yourself. And if you uh if you lack self-control, don't come here. But if you can control yourself, then you get treated like an adult here as long as you behave. And I like that. So I want to tell you a funny little story about the trip that we took here, because uh, of course, Lauren and I flew from North Carolina out here by way of Atlanta. And um something happened that was really really bizarre because I I have found that as I get ready for this big event, finding your magic, that the synchronicity in my life is accelerating. And I am seeing all of these designs and connections just popping up with just absolute uncanny like striking I don't even know how I guess tightly I guess that's the word I'm looking for, like a tightly constructed meeting of all of these facets that are just sort of snapping together constantly right in front of my eyes. Um It shouldn't be that surprising, but it's still always it it's still always surprising because it's just so cool when it happens. So on the way out here, we always we we always watch movies on airplanes, it makes the time fly by, and so I loaded up a variety of movies. Lauren and I, we hit we sit down and we have a little discussion about what we both would like to watch, because we don't always like the same types of movies, and um we decided to load up The Greatest Showman and now look, neither one of us are into musicals, but um this, if you don't know The Greatest Showman, it stars Hugh Jackman, and it is a movie based on the life of P. T. Barnum. And throughout my life, uh a lot of people have uh jokingly and affectionately, I think, um said, you know, oh Josh is a P. T. Barnum, and and I and the reason they say that is because I'm always talking about and marketing things that seem unbelievable. You know, it's just like talking about magic and ghosts and UFOs and like, you know, I'm I'm always talking about sensational things. That's just how I I live my life. And so sometimes people, you know, they use Barnum as a reference, and I don't uh take offense to that at all because I think P. T. Barnum was uh he was just a great uh entertainer, you know. Uh a lot of people think of Barnum and they think of that quote, there's a sucker born every minute. He never said that. Um that was something that a uh a reporter said about what Barnum did. And Barnum didn't like that quote. Uh he said that look, people who come see my stuff, they know I'm here to entertain them, and uh if if they come here and I give them a good humbug, they get a laugh out of it. You know, that's how he viewed what he did. Um in fact, there's a great book written by uh one of my favorite authors, Joe Vitali, called There's a Customer Born Every Minute, where he digs into uh Barnum's life and talks about how Barnum applied you know marketing to things. So I've always thought Barnum was a fascinating, self-made man, and so we decided to watch this movie. So uh and actually I I really enjoyed the movie, and so did Larn. It was much better than we expected it to be. And there are two things that happened while we're watching this movie traveling across the country. The first thing is we got about um oh not very far, maybe 15 minutes into the movie, and Hugh Jackman, he's playing, you know, the the the young man Barnum who's sort of struggling to make it, and Hugh Jackman uh sits down with his two little daughters uh on on a birthday, and he says, I brought something special for you. And he pulls out this little contraption and he lights a candle, and he it's sort of like he he puts a little uh shell, a metallic shell around the candle, and he spins it, and all these lights go spinning all over the place, and he says, This is a wishing machine. And Lauren and I both got goosebumps. Because he could have called that anything, right? He he could have said, Uh, well, this is a wish maker, or this will make your wishes come true, or this is you know, he you could come up with all kinds of phrases, but he says, This is a wishing machine. And uh I I hit the pause button and she and I started laughing, and I was like, I'm gonna sue Hugh Jackman right now, immediately. And uh it was so that was the first thing that we were just like, what? It's a it's got so like here we are on the way to Vegas for this big event called Finding Your Magic, and I'm watching this movie, and it brings up Wishing Machine. So anyway, then here is the weirdest thing of all, okay? Get a load of this. So a as the and it's uh you know, it's probably a good a good two-hour movie, okay? So as the movie's proceeding, there are times when I'll pause it and I'll get up and I'll go to the bathroom, or the uh flight attendant will come along and I'll we'll pause it and we'll say, uh uh, yeah, well I'd like some peanuts and you know, I'd like a club soda or whatever. So you know you have these moments where you just pause it and you just bullshit around, right? And then you and then you play it again. So we get like three quarters of the way through the movie, and Lauren starts tapping me on the shoulder, and I'm like, ah, what? What is so important that you're interrupting this movie? And she points out this most incredible thing, okay? In front of us, in the row in front of us, is this old man, and he, as it turns out, is watching The Greatest Showman. So now, okay, for one thing, here's what you have to understand. We had loaded this movie up on um my Amazon Kindle. So this was not connected to the aircraft in any way. But the aircraft, it was a delta plane, and they did have a little screen, and they had pre-selected movies that you could you could play. And so this old man apparently had also decided, now of course we never even talked to this guy, we never looked at this guy, we had have no idea, no no connection whatsoever to this guy. This guy had apparently gone onto um the Delta menu, and he had picked the greatest showman to watch. But here is the freaky part. Even though he's watching this on his own on the Delta system, and we're watching it on our Kindle, our movie, okay, our version of the movie was perfectly synchronized with his movie. Now when I say perfectly, I mean perfectly because I work in the TV and movie industry, and there are times when you will take an audio recorder that's of high quality and a camera that has low audio quality, and you'll record a scene so that the audio is being recorded separately from the image. And that's why, like in the old days, they did that all the time with film, and that's why you had the clapper board as they call it, that blackboard where you go three, two, one, pfft, and then you'd use that later to synchronize the sound with the image. So here we are, sitting on this plane, watching this movie where P. T. Barnum has just talked about a wishing machine. Now we're three quarters of the way into it. Lauren and I have our own schedule, our own routine, like I say, getting up and down and pausing this thing and whatever. And it just so happens that this this guy that we have no connection with, no visible connection with, is he has picked the same movie, and I'm telling you, I'm telling you, it was perfectly synchronized. Um how do you explain that? Okay, I mean like our movie, literally the lips of the characters were moving along with the lips of the characters on his movie. It was one of the freakiest, weirdest things. And at that point, Lauren and I were like okay, we are on the right track. Because everything in life is a matter of converging frequencies. It's like when you look at an oscilloscope and you see that squiggly line that shows you the wave that's going on. Well, sometimes the wave goes up, the crest, and sometimes the wave goes down, the trough. But if you take two waves, well sometimes they line up and sometimes they don't. And sometimes you position them so occasionally they m they cross and then at other points they spread apart. Well, let me tell you something. We right now are are at a point where the vibration that I'm in right here in Las Vegas, as I get ready for this show finding your magic, the frequency is so perfect for this that all is merging into a really Tight package where things that seem impossible are suddenly not only possible, but they are happening. Things are snapping, things are crackling, there's an electricity in the air, and you know, you've been listening to this podcast for a long time. I presume that many of you listening have heard me on the radio for years, and let me tell you, you can you can probably hear it in my voice when I'm feeling good, and I am feeling great. There is something of such power that is happening right now, and for those of you who are coming to this event, again, today's May the fourth. The event starts on May sixteenth. You are in for such a party when you get there. Okay, that's for starters. Let me just get don't eat anything before you get there. We are going to have so much food. We're gonna have premium booze. Okay? I don't care. Beer, wine, liquor. I'm not talking about some swill that you get out of the well. No, I'm talking top shelf premium booze with a bartender there who will serve you. All that's included, okay? You're gonna have a great meal. You're gonna have booze, you're gonna have a chocolate fountain there raining down chocolate with all these things you can dip into it. Look, I I'm not gonna say much more than this because I don't want to spill it uh spoil it, I mean. See, I'm already thinking about being there, spilling the chocolate. Um I don't want to spoil this, but when you get here, the first thing that's gonna happen is we're gonna have a giant party like you've never had before, all included, and then you're gonna go through a life-changing experience. Imagine everything that you know about me and me producing for you the biggest, grandest, most amazing, mind-altering experience. A psychogasm, okay? Me doing this for you in Las Vegas, Nevada, one time only. If you are not gonna be here for this, I don't know what you're thinking. I don't know where you are in your life, but it's it's you I I just can't I can't explain it why that you wouldn't be here for this. But anyway, that's coming up soon and everything is working in tandem, everything is connected, it's synchronized. The good Lord is with us. The universe is behind us, and those of you who will be there are going to be part of my team that I use for a whole new bunch of projects that you don't even know about. So anyway, I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture, and um bottom line is uh I hope that you will at least tell people about this because again, this is only for 100 people, and we've already sold out our room block long ago, but I still you know have this situation where like there are people who can say, I can't make it, you know, we might get cancellations, whatever. So if you go to you willmanifest.com, if you go to you will manifest.com, if you go there and there are not big red letters at the top that say absolutely sold out, then there may still be an option for you to buy a ticket. Um we've had a couple people who have said I've had medical problems and I just can't travel. And so uh I don't know if we have any left or not, but if you go to you will manifest.com and it does not say absolutely sold out, if you can click to buy a ticket, buy a ticket. All right. And if you are not happy, I will give you your money back 100% guarantee. And everybody who knows me knows that I will be happy to to do that, to fulfill that. You have nothing to lose, you have everything to gain. This is a life-altering experience. You will manifest.com. But this podcast is called Joshua P. Warren Daily.
