The HEAL series continues with the ‘A’ sermon, “Anxious Thoughts.” It is not uncommon to be anxious or have anxiety. At times, it can be debilitating. It comes from a threat in our lives. Philippians 4 gives you some practical tools on how to handle it, how to harness it, and its true purpose. You can fight, flight or freeze when anxiety and fear comes, or you can do what it’s supposed to make you do. Some biblical examples help us on this journey to HEAL in this area of our lives.
