Originally we started out from 2010 until 2021 when our work was based around our weekly radio programme SacredSpace102fm (SS102fm) on West Limerick 102fm. Now we share our work via this page including our weekly podcast as well as other recordings and inspirational talks which we would like to share with you our listeners. Since August 2025 it also now includes our new weekly radio programme "Come & See Inspirations" as we have returned on air on West Limerick102fm.

SacredSpace102fm - Virtual pilgrimages, Benedictine wisdom and celebrating Corpus Christi! - 14 June 2020 (S10E30)
We have a very full programme on SS102fm this week where we go from virtual pilgrimages to Benedictine wisdom in a time of pandemic to celebrating Corpus Christi! We also have a very quick run through the saints of the week as well as our regular reflection on this weeks Sunday gospel.
Virtual Pilgrimages
Fr Frank O'Dea joins John this week to speak about the Limerick Diocesan Virtual Pilgrimage to Lourdes 2020. Due to the restrictions both in Ireland and France because of the covid-19 pandemic, the 2020 diocesan pilgrimage had to be cancelled. However the Limerick Diocesan "Virtual" Pilgrimage to Lourdes 2020 under the Patronage of Bishop Brendan Leahy and Lourdes Director Fr. Frank O'Dea will take place from Friday 19th to Monday 22nd of June. It will be Streamed online and through Facebook Live. There will be celebrations of the Eucharist and afternoon liturgies on the four days of the pilgrimage from Friday 19th to Monday 22nd of June 2020. The afternoon liturgies will try to reflect the traditional Lourdes programme as much as possible - Stations of the Cross, Rosary and Benediction, Healing/Washing Ceremony (Baths) Eucharistic Adoration. Benedictine Wisdom in a time of pandemic
Fr Luke McNamara to share with us some Benedictine insights in this time of pandemic while drawing on over 1500 years of lived monastic life. Taking the monastic vows of obedience, stability and conversatio morum as his starting point Fr Luke shares with us some thoughts on what the Rule of St Benedict could bring to us in this very changed landscape in Ireland.
