Carlo Cirillo

On this episode I shared a conscious conversation with my good mate, Tommy Andrew.

Tommy is a life wanderer & human being.

We dived deep into topics including Tommy’s experience serving at war with the Australian military, facing death, the challenges of feeling empty within, experiencing PTSD and suicidal thoughts, having a winning mindset, questioning everything, the importance of opening up and being vulnerable, removing the masks we hold on to, the power of connection, being present, conscious awakenings and so much more!

This was such an epic conversation!
I love Tommy’s attitude on life and because we have been mates for quite some years I’ve seen his journey and growth, which is why a big reason why I wanted him on this podcast.
So many important topics we touched on, super vulnerable but very inspiring!

I really enjoyed this and I hope you do too!

Speaker 3:

Tell me my man, Hawaii. Not too bad. And Barbara, how you gone? I'm good. I'm good. It's been a while. It's been a while. A long time. Actually. Couple of years. Social media though. Hey. Yeah, we've been connected but just physically not connected and um, yeah, I'm down. I was actually coming back through the east coast on my way to Sydney and I like, man, I gotta hit up, tell me and, and catch up and get a cold conversation recorded. So here we are in your amazing surroundings. Yeah. Where are we? We're in central coast, central coast. Um, so in between Newcastle and Sydney, for those who have no idea what central crisis, but it makes pretty sense. Yeah. Yeah. My little down a little sanctuary when I'm trying to make my little piece of paradise that love it. You get the veggies. Yeah. Try to be self sufficient as possible in the year 2019 let's be realistically, there's some things that just can't quite be done. Yeah. 100%. You do the best you can do the best you can. Yeah, that's it. Um, would it be up to this morning, this morning? How annoyed he saw every everyday cause this is a beautiful Sunday. Um, I get up and I do my morning routine, like a get up every morning. I go outside and into the backyard out here. Um, and then I sit down and do, I don't time it do about 15 minutes with a meditation, but it's not like a time meditation where a sound comes on. You can just feel it within yourself really. Sometimes it's longer, sometimes it's less. It just depending on what I need in that moment in time. All that day essentially. And then I do my normal little gentle yoga flows. Not very intense, nothing like that. And then drew to all the martial arts. I do weave like Tai Chi Kung through. Um, yeah Chigong things like that. I've, you know, made a little bit of a connection between my yoga and that cause to me it's the same river, sorry, two different rivers, rivers lean to the same motion. Just different philosophies but linked to the same result. And I'm yeah. Do that. And then ready to tackle the day and then I might have myself a long black coffee and that's really that it. And then you rocked up. I was going to go for a surf, but no way today. Yeah, I was keen as well. But beginners familiar. What are you most excited about in life right now, Nate, to be perfectly get real with you right now, I'm just excited about just taking day by day. Um, you know, like go into my story a little bit later on obviously. But uh, it's like w my short 28 years of existence or in this reality in this lifetime is that I spent it so fast not smelling the roses. So what I'm excited for most of my life is to not to smell the roses, to take that step back. And like you can see here in the backyard, just playing my veggies and keeping things as simple as possible for once. I used to be so excited for more things in the future. Like I've got some amazing things coming up, but they'll come in time like, and I'm excited for the now like right. Just sitting out here, like this is exciting me right now. Like, yeah, yeah, love that. So I've known you for a couple of years. We met through when we're doing network marketing, um, and we're in the same team and caught out quite a bit. We've seen each other at events and stuff like that. So I know a bit about your story. Um, but for the listeners and even for myself, there's obviously more than, I don't know. Can you give us a wrap up of your life from start to now and everything you're doing now? Yeah, I love, he says start to now, not finish because um, so I grew up here on the central coast with a beautiful family. Could not have asked for a better parent, mom, mom and dad and brother and sister and all that good stuff, you know, just family. Um, and I was very good sport athlete. Um, you know, got in. I was playing, um, represented soccer at age 10 up to when I was 17. I was in the New South Wales into sport just like yourself when I've sees and played football and um, you know, potentially at a future in it, you know, maybe, maybe not. And then also in between are the huddles a very fast runner, like a one national and international medals in the, in the athletics and the sprinting and stuff like that. So always had that dedication of like, oh, like it's funny now. It's funny, I'm just thinking about it now. It's funny, the older you get you can always, and you start to develop this mindset of this consciousness. I'm more awareness of yourself. It's easy to look back at the past and understand and grasp things. And I could see now, especially more than ever, I can look back on my childhood and be like, are you had a mindset to manifestation regards to if I decide something, I was always going to get it. Um, you know, I remember for example was, uh, when I was like about 12 and I was like, I'm going to make the new South Wales soccer team, um, three days later did it, you know what I mean? That was the youngest you could be was 15 or whatever it was. So it's like, I knew that was in San with a running race before I even get to the meat to compete in the race as like I've already won this race. Like I never sit out loud to anybody cause that. But I'm saying like, and there's some people might go, well that sounds pretty ego, but it's like you need to have that confidence behind you. You, you just, you don't need to tell the world. You should tell it to you. So believe in it and know what's going to happen. Exactly. Now you already see it all happening. Um, so yeah. And then childhood. Yeah, school was great. I didn't, I wasn't a bad student squad. She never applied because I think this can, a lot of people can relate to this. A schooling system is just, it's designed on a massive number of people, not designed on individuals like, so it's like the school never acts could never, not just me. I think everyone can relate, could not identify what I was good at. You know. So for me, cause I was a sport athlete, I couldn't sit and do poetry, you know what I mean? Like I couldn't do that. But if you put me on the sporting field, like I was excelling, you know, so, um, you know, I didn't like school, essentially just let my friends and then, um, so at the end of[inaudible], sorry, beginning of year 12 and 2008, um, I saw a bit of corruption, the football and the soccer and the Sporting, cause you know, you get to an age where potential contracts are coming up, we're actually going to get paid. And I really put a damper on to him. I like this. Hi Curry, that I was like from a childhood, just putting in this effort into, so then I looked at and I was like, oh, I might join the army gappy for just 12 months. Like they had the gap year program going. So I joined the military, um, you know, thinking I was going to be for 12 months, went down to basic training at the end of 2008. So I finished my last he 12 exam on the Friday and then on the Monday I was on a bus, the basic training, the military, and he's 17 years old. I don't know what the hell is doing, but I was like, oh, I'll just do it, whatever. And um, I did it and they went down to basic training and I was like, I love it. So I realized it was more me. Um, and also my father was a detective and he was in the army and he went to east team or 99. Like, I grew up with it as a background, never pushed into it, but I saw it so it's like a bit more easier. And then, um, join the military. And then like I said to you, I know signing up for the four years of four year term contract, sorry. And in that four years next year when I was 18 or shipped off to East Timor, um, yeah, so I was young, you know, everyone else is out getting drunk and drink it for the first time. I was um, running across the, across the border from Darwin to team or like a short little fricking swim, basically dealing with situations that were going on since 1999. So every 10 years different was kind of cool. I had to be honest, it's kind of cool to be in the same, um, same design that my father was like 10 years prior to that. So it was a kind of a bit of a thing. But um, you know, over there, I grew up very quickly just in the English team alone. I'm like, I remember specifically, this is one thing, like I'll, I'll say openly, I was 18 and we had to do a bit of a patrol from one side of the island to the other. And we use vehicles and so forth. And they got to the other side of the island and our member giving this woman who I had kids, I'm an army, they called rat packs, which is Zombie food, which is to be honest, I've never been in jail, but they're worse in jail food. Like it is horrendous. Like it's cause it's made to last forever and a day and you know, I understand why in any way. Then, um, I gave her that and she's like, oh, calling me a god and keeping my boots and couldn't not say appreciate it more or enough and you know, those sort of things. Now, like I was saying to you before, you can look back, I was like seeing these changes anyway. Um, yeah, I remember that specifically. And then after chemistry reads to him more, I remember getting on like promotional courses when I was 20, like a 1920 and I was going away constantly and then Afghanistan came up. So we're training for that. And I went to Afghanistan in 2012. Um, and yeah, they like, once again, like I can go pretty deep into that, but I won't cause just if you want to answer the simple question, um, but you know, like obviously Afghanistan when every single day potentially can be your last step and, um, dealing with things over there and you know, when like the essential in life flashes before your eyes, it does change you like instantly. And I think anyone can relate to that even if it's simple as maybe a near drowning experience like, um, so the car accident exactly like, so someone who maybe is listened to that could possibly put themselves, but I guess the thing is, for me it became a day to day basis. It comes to a day to day basis. Again, it wearing it as a coat, you don't even think about it. And, um, so it does start to, of course a lot of effect onto the mind, but you're unaware of it. You're very unaware of it. Anyway. So I came back from, um, Afghanistan, um, late 2012. And then I, uh, the following year, 2013, I got, um, I was promoted by then and it was 20. By then I was, cause my 21st birthday was in Afghanistan. I always remembered, I forgot it was my own birthday. Halfway through the dental, looked at the, my watch were on patrol and then they'll look at my watch and it was like, oh my God, it's my birthday. And I didn't even know it was only 21st. And then, um, so yeah, that was pretty bad. That's pretty cool. So when I hear people complain about their birthdays and like I didn't say anything but in my head on a second, I'm like, God, you're going to help you be convenience, all perspective. We're all on our own journey, so it's all good. And I'm so anyway, then it came back and then I went to Malaysia in 2013. I was 22 then and I was in charge trips. I had to try and help train at the Malaysian army. Like, cause, uh, if it up to people who know the history, but it's called the Malaysian emergency. That happened were got troops over there in Malaysia, but I was in Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia. I'm training with them working in the jungle thing. It was like four or five months of though their form. And then that's when I really noticed for myself, I started to realize that, um, it was time for change with the May, I think a lot to do with like how was seeing what, what will was saying about was having an affairs they will having overseas and then physically being overseas and doing the job, which is like, it's a bit of a lie for me personally. I started to really question a lot of things. Um, and you know, questioning things in a, in a, in a system that is designed not to question like a military. You know, I understand the philosophy behind it. You need to be able to blow the whistle to run over the trench line to get shot out. Like without questioning. I understand that, I understand that. But, um, I guess for someone who may, I really was starting to one in my awareness. I, um, yeah. So anyway. Then, so the end of 2013, a kind of conclusion was Tom for me to leave the military. Um, and then I was getting, then I got out of the military and then within the following year was 2014. That's when I actually met you and a few other people. And um, we did that, we got into the network marketing and I think the network marketing thing when slow for a while because that we brought the exact same mentality from the military into it, the bondage that we already had. Like once bullets go pass and things like that. And once you start living in holes in the ground and things like that and not sleeping, not eating for days and weeks, you have a connection with people that, you know, sometimes stronger than any to love people, I swear to God. Um, and anyway, then, um, yeah, so I think that's why it came to network marketing for 2014 then it got to a point in my life where I was feeling a bit empty within. I'm realizing that I wanted more and more, and I would never admit that at the time, but I could definitely start to see all the world's suffering, PTSD and depressive state. But being a bit still macho Tom in the military sense mind, I was like, it would never confront that, but um, my parents actually could see it. So they said, um, you know, maybe you should move back home, you know, fought it for about six months, I think, like not fought them like 40 within myself. And then I finally come to the conclusion that right now is the best decision to move back. So I moved back down here, um, and my family owned a family business. They had that for like 16 years or so at the time. And then they came and started working there and just in retail and then I became the manager of that. So I was managing the business and we grew, we did well. And then two years ago, what was that? 2017 yep. 2017 it was my parents wanted to simmer Todd themselves. So we sold the business. And in the meantime, in the whole process of this, I was realizing within myself that I had issues with inside the, my mind started hearing the voices of like questioning things and stuff like that. So as anyone who's listened to, especially this pod cars would know that. It's like, I don't believe what the doctors all say. Yeah. Obviously doctors are very intelligent people and play their role, but, um, if a doctor had just diagnosed and he's trying to find the box to put your diagnosis in, so, you know, when they tell you you need decent medication, needed this, this and this. I was very anti it. Um, and I was like, no, I can like, I like, I believe that, you know, existence is only here because you're here, you know, like life is essentially an illusion, but it's existence of this moment is here because I'm here, you know, that's it. Like, and I was like, okay. So I started looking like yoga and meditation. Then I started doing that and it started this path and more deep apart to oneself. And in between that I was like, you know, I kind of live by the woods, be the example. So instead of, um, instead of telling people what to do, just do you and you know, help yourself and return. Yeah. And then, well, here I now, and in saying that though, I'm over the 2017 I come to conclusion, I saw one of my investment properties and the first timeline tie live. I'm not doing anything. Yeah. And it is being the best feeling ever. Like teach a couple of other clubs here and there, but I wake up each day with the idea of saying like whatever today, once the baby will be that. And you know, at first it's a big battle because you're like going like, what am I doing? Like I should be doing more than enough. Especially being in this meant to always be doing more to progress, progress, progress. But then I started to see that's just what society wants you to think to do. Yeah. This is it. Like I'm seeing in the backyard, in my own backyard with you as someone who's on the same level surrounded by my animals and grass and nature. Like, what more do I need in this world? Do I need a bigger house? Do I need this? They went, no, I don't. That's just an illusion that the unaware I think we need. Yeah, that makes sense. Oh yeah. Boom.

Speaker 1:

Began. So yeah, amazing graph up there. Um, so many things I want to dive into, but it's, it's going to come up in the questions I feel. Um, would you say you are living your purpose?

Speaker 3:

I think with the living your purpose is something that changes over time. Um, I do believe that, like if you asked me that five years ago, I would've said 100%. You know, I'm, I'm living my purpose. I'm a soldier. I'm, you know, doing this and that 100%. Um, I would say now, um, but that's a purpose for more of a working design. It's not really a purpose now, definitely. I would say like I'm more still finding the path of that purpose, but definitely more enlightened in tune to myself physically, emotionally being very vulnerable and I think I want to say this outright, but any male listeners right now is don't be afraid to be honorable. You know what I mean? Like it's this, I think you know, especially this time in history is like allowing yourself to be vulnerable is it keeps you that ability to see the purpose. Yes, you may lose some friends and he may lose connections and maybe a bit of how you used to be, but don't be afraid of it. Because with that, the answer, your question is you're going to find more of a purpose. But truthfully, I wouldn't say that I am living the purpose, but I'm definitely more in tune with a universal cosmic state of being, meaning like I'm more connected and grounded. Like I never wear shoes these days. They call me a Hippie as much as you'd like, but I'd rather be that than somebody who doesn't have that connection to the self. Yeah, yeah. Like, I never thought I'd be a Vegan, a Vegan. And now here I am nodding mate. You know what I mean? And I'm not pushing against people, but I'm definitely us if someone wants to Aussie. I'm not afraid to speak site the truth either. You know, I never thought it would be like that. So That's interesting. So who going to be in five years? That's even better.

Speaker 1:

Yeah. Levitating? Some way, some way. Um, and what do you think, why do you think that that is there? Like how you said about, you know, don't be afraid to

Speaker 3:

be vulnerable. Is it, is it a mosque? Is it ego? I think it's like, so it's all about our social culture, like how we grow up in like, you know, I'm blessed to have done some traveling. I've seen some pretty bad things in this world and I mean, some things I wouldn't want to see, but I've also seen some amazing, beautiful things as well. And one thing I've definitely learned in this live is that, um, it's a little bit, your culture and what you're growing it. So we grow up here in Australia and this beautiful nation in the sense of like we do have freedom of speech except I know some of us will say we don't and I do agree with that as well. It's just going to slide that one in there. But um, but in saying that though is that your coach defines how you see, see things. And we grew up in a world that teachers, males especially to be big, tough and especially tattoos and yeah, I've got all the tattoos. I fell for that one. Um, you know, like big, strong, muscly tattoo, bringing them the bread to the, sorry, with a breadth of the, of money to the table, food on the table. That's what was going on with breadwinner type old sayings and the of that and I, and g. But that's a really easy to look back in history and you've got to see why that was like, you know, our grandparents grew up in the great depression in a war and then they were told to like the Australian during the older American dream is to build you have your own house and this and that. And then women would stay home and clean. I know the times have changed now, but you go to silver thing in today's world is that males are supposed to still be big and tough. And truthfully, my think the biggest issue and to today's in that regard is, um, males don't know where they stand. Um, like the, uh, like I'm talking about a strike, a strike male. Like, you know, I've got nothing. Like, you know, the gay people are fat signed the find their place, but a straight male who is young and he's trying to find a place is, it's signed to lose where he belonged. And so society's made these males think like this. But then this new age is turned in where we're like being vulnerable is okay. And because we live in a special time, that vulnerability of speaking your mind or saying like, hey, on like this, it's okay, which is beautiful. People can actually start to connect to themselves and nobody can really say that's wrong. You're lad to be like that. So it's just social, you know, where you know, in other countries, other cultures being vulnerable is one of the most biggest things. You know, you'd go to other cultures and it's like a male needs to be out too. You know, you look at the Balinese culture, like they work their life to their 50 and then they start their own spiritual path and the eldest son takes over the family business. Like that's beautiful. You know? So it's a, it's an interesting concept. You know, I think I, the answer the simple question, she'll like your social, cultural, um, environment where you grow, you grow up with whatever your parents believe in. Truthfully, it's not till you leave home, you start to go like, wait a minute, mom and dad, maybe we're a bit wrong about that one. Yeah. And that's passed down from generations, generations. Exactly. What is success to you? Success to me is the wake up at, it's a state side of being within. It's got nothing to and merit materialistic, nothing to do with that. I don't care about your household car. Like I think you're pretty successful. We're live in the van like doing this like, but um, I think personally I believe success is a state of being like, do you wake up, you know, obviously, you know we have light and love and darkness, the parallel opposites of each. But if you wake up each day feeling like, like you're blessed, like when you can wake up and just feel like I'm feeling great. Like I wake up each day like, you know, waking up each day saying like, I feel like I feel at peace with everything. You know, I'm growing my mind. I'm eating the right foods, the rainbow full to nourishes body. I'm nourishing the mind. I'm nourishing my animals, the plants and everything. I was like, to me that is success. So we had to walk and you're two feet on the ground and to feel, to breathe. Like, I love that you going in about breathing a lot lately. It's just like the power of just like, and then it's like I can't believe I used to spend my until I live Neveah to breathe. You know what I mean? Never to just breathe like, like people got these illusions that successes, these multimillion dola has this perfect part in a perfect car, perfect is perfect. And I'm like it's own illusion of the mind. Like where did we get lost in thought to think that. But going back to the question full of social society, um, construction around is makes us think we need that. So success is just a state of being view. You can wake up and not questioned to the state of like, um, I'm really happy on the outside saw postpositive quotes but an inside your freaking depressed, you know, that's not success, this success awake. I'm like I don't need to do anything and I am at ease and at one with all of course we have our ups and down days, but exactly where I need to be exactly enough as I am, I am enough. That does not mean though. And I want to stay[inaudible]. There's not mean you don't do anything because it doesn't mean that you just sit there in the grass all day. You develop yourself. That's the next wording is develop yourself. And that is through, you know, meditating or moving old being, doing your curry, that you will fall in love with, you know? Yeah. Yeah. Love that. What are you most proud of in life? I was proud of, I guess I'm really, really, really proud of who I am. You know? Like to be out, to have a conversation with no judgment. Like I love communicating to people that I'm okay for an example. Like I'm seeing Jordan Peterson, um, you know, a few people love him. He's coming to Australia thing. Most people were like, Oh yeah, I love him. He's against climate change. You know what I mean? He thinks he's a bit of a, I'm not gonna say hoax, but you know, and um, but for me personally, I don't believe that, you know, but I'm so excited to go. He, his thoughts on that, you know, see it like years ago. I would have been judgmental way. He's a Dickhead, he's this and that. You know what I mean? And it's like I wouldn't have time for that. Now it's like I'm so excited to heat. It's like someone told me the earth is flat and you know, that's a big thing. You know? I would go to a lecture the you go, all right, tell me why you like, so saying like, um, I'm really proud to be this person that I can be here everyday. Like I used to be all about, you know, what's also freaking topless way on the gold coast for a second, you know what I mean? And it's like, so it was all about looks and stuff and now it's like, not saying you don't look after yourself cause daily exercise is going to keep myself in shape, but it's like, I don't care about having big biceps

Speaker 1:

and big pecs anymore and things like that, you know? And it's like, so I'm really proud in just who I am and who I've evolved myself into. And I think as we said at the beginning of this podcast is I can't wait til I'm going to be in five years. So it's beautiful. To me it's like that constant growth. So I was like, as years gone, not afraid of growing, it's more of like wow, who I'm going to be like. Yeah, that makes sense. The journey, the journey, but also being open to everything. That's a, that's a really good point because a lot of people that have their beliefs on whatever it may be are so close to any, to even getting information in on anything else. Um, and fuck you talking about multiple different topics. That's food down the road. That's like politics on alcohol, drugs and nutrition, um, lifestyle on activities. And it's just, if you had a mind that's open to everything and attached to no one idea, you're able to take everything in and then decide what you want to believe. Like that's okay, but you, you, he, everything, not just, ah, this is what mom and dad told me from a young age or this is what my friend was doing. That means. So for example, let's touch on a little bit going Vegan like none. No, we have to eat meat every single day. You need it, milk made all that. It has to be done. If you're not doing it, you're not going to be alive. You're going to die. It's like, yeah, well then I heard bits from other people actually got really inspired by our good mate Matthew Vega at a young age of 19 and he was like, may try it and see, hey go. And I've been evolving ever since and I'm thriving now and I, you know, it's, it's allowing that information to come in and then decipher what you want to do with it. A hundred I could not agree more with you. I think the issue is that, once again, I feel like it's just like your environment creates your who you are, you know, your, we've all heard that saying as you are the average of, you know, you are the average of the five people you hang around. We all heard that saying, but being open enough to be like, you know, like this isn't like it sounded that he goes like I feel like from within myself because truthfully I can only ever come from my own perspective because for all I know all that exists is myself. And with that common alone is like my perspective is that for you to be open enough to think that nothing even exists. So your comments true or wrong, like true or false, it doesn't matter. It's like it's just your opinion and it's to me then when you really go down to, it's like maybe life is just an illusion and your he to give me a different thought on a topic, you know what I mean? Not to quit. And it's like, I don't want to start saying the word angels on this and that, but it's like see if you want to think like that. Things. Like right now maybe I'm sitting in front of the angel when he's just telling me I'm a different perspective and it's like, oh, you're right. I didn't think of that from that point of view. You know what I mean? It's like, it's having that ability, you know what I mean? To, to have that chain, you know, the ever look to the ocean. Some people are like, go, oh it's blue and then people are going, no, I think it's looking green today. And it's just like, you know, and you're just trying to download it from what you think it to be. You know what I mean? And people

Speaker 3:

just, yeah. Like so allowing yourself to be completely open to the sense that nothing exists then you're allowing anything today. Yeah. It's pretty important thing. That's crazy. But that's cool. Crazy. But crazy is good. Crazy is what we need right now. What is the worst thing that has ever happened to you and how was that the best thing that has ever happened? This is a date one, and I'm, it's taken me a long while to get to the spaceport can speak like this so openly was when I became suicidal. Um, I was in the military still, um, in Malaysia. Pacifically I can always remember it's 22. Um, and I think after serving in Afghanistan and this and that, and look, I'm questioning a lot of things like politically, like, um, environmentally just questioning so many different topics. Um, you know, I became, you know, like where I was like, what's the fucking point, the sort of the language, but it's still like, that's literally what it was going at. What is the point, you know, questioning everything and getting to a space inside your own mind where you think the best opportunity is to leave this world to lead this world is, um, a pretty dark space. And you know, like definitely this is not the first time. It wasn't the first and the last time it happened, but always remember this story I was by then I was a corporal in the military. I was training the Malaysian army and we did this little pistol shooting range out in the jungle where the, how the walkup targets popped up, Bam, Bam. And then we'll keep walking through as a pretty cool x. Everyone should, it was pretty fun. Um, and I always remembered then the soldiers in Malaysia, soldiers done. Then I had to pick up the pistol and check it all and like, you know, cause I was in charge and I remember picking it up and I was like, I'm done. Like whatever. Like it just came over me and put the, put it against my head and pulled the trigger and the pistol didn't go off. And anyone who knows anything about weaponry or anything about guns or weapons, one understanding the malfunction of epistles next to nonexistent, it does exist. But obviously this was a very small percentage of that happening and it didn't happen to me. And I was like at that moment, easily could have rectified the problem and done it again. But in that moment it was like this instant thing came over me and said, it's not today. May Not now. No, no, no, no, no. You don't. No, no, no. And that wasn't the first time. And it did happen two more times, um, in used to come. Um, but it was in that moment pacifically that I was like, I believed in so much more. I believe that existence in life is, is um, going to some way, always help you and show you where you need to be if you just surrender. And that doesn't mean, you know, you hear these sadly lost basically my second mum in December to cancer and I had another friend who I served the military unfortunately take his own life in December as well. So just had recently and as much as how devastating it is, um, you know, obviously naturally as a natural human emotional and path person who I am is, I am emotionally upset about that. But at the same sense, thanks to my little story that I shared is that it made me go like, it's okay. It's their time. That's their journey in this life, in

Speaker 1:

this time. So sometime somehow a situation, I took my own life. Why? Taking my own life, sorry. Um, you know, I had no like I was going to do. It was made me more, more understanding to a universal sense within my own mind, which in reality is to me the only thing that exists is yourself. So I had a better understanding of a universal state from putting myself into a very dark space. Now, please don't tell anyone, say, oh Greg, okay, I want to put myself in a duck position to have these awakening you're telling me to do that. Please don't go through what I've gone through. But in saying that though, I am so thankful for it because without it and now Sadat he smelled the flowers and currently doing nothing and I'm freaking so happy with that. Like booking tickets overseas and this and that and I am so an eight at pace with everything in the smoke does not mean my journey's done because there's no one, it's only point of a percent loading if you want to look at it from that point of view, from the matrix point of view. So we could go so deep into that topic as well about that bit. What was the reason why you think you were feeling that way? Like there was like these are good question. Good question. Um, I come to civically remembering, I've gotta be careful politically to hear right now because this is a podcast as well. Everyone, like you're all going through your own journey. There's no, um, you know, we're, we're not a judging anyone's extremities of their thing. Some people go through worse, some people don't, um, or go through less worse if that's a word. Um, and everyone's experience is unique to them. So yeah, this is just, this is just a, um, an experience that's being shared and that's where, you know, I'm gaining value from this because again, oh, and also have so Maya talking about it like, yeah, everyone, everyone gains. You know what I mean? Don't have to get to that rock bottom guys. No, not at all. And that's sometimes before I answered that question, that sometimes I guess I seen today's world that especially with this conscious movement that is having not not your contract way, but I'm, when I say conscious men that there's a lot happening around the planet and cause have blessed, done a fair bit of traveling, I have met. It is happening regardless. We all can agree with that. Um, but it's like, I feel like sometimes so many people trying to find my lowest point in my life to make a reason to be. And it's like, dude, you do not need to do that too. Like, and don't use it. Don't use it as a, as a like, oh everyone feels sorry for me now because it's like, no, like for me to speak like this is awesome because that I've got to a space where I kept this so hidden for so many freaking years. You know what I mean? So quiet that I, it's like, you know what I mean? And I'm not saying this for any publicity reason, I'm saying because that I'm hopefully in helping somebody else grow. But um, um, but how the answer the question though is like what headspace will, his name was? And I've got to be politically correctly, like I got to, to the best. So please understand for anyone that's listening that I have to be, because it is, um, government base in regards to some of the reasons. But I guess my views started to change more and more in depth about, there's an old saying in the army and say, I bleed grain, meaning like the blood note, right? It's green cause you'd love that he got on the F it's grain. Makes Sense. Like saying you're dedicated to it. Basically I was one of those people I blood grain and um, and I guess I was questioning everything about what I was doing as a soldier. Well, I thought the pinnacle thing in this life where you could do was to die for your nation. And I think a lot of soldiers over thousands of years have led to believe that as well. And I was quite happy to lay down my life on the battlefield for this nation so the average person can live a life like a good tattoos on my ribs. I said, it's like for those I love all sacrifice and I didn't get that for shits and gigs. I got that because I actually truly would, even to this moment, I'll gladly throw away my life for the, for the somebody else's and um, uh, for the loved one. Should I say, you know, some people wouldn't care, but um, eh, that's just reality. Um, good and bad and we will need it. Um, it's, um, but always in a space, in my own head where I was questioning everything and questioned to a point in saying like, once you've hit a pinnacle of like where every day you're playing with life on the line, it's like a drug. Where do you go from that? And you know, like what do you do? Like how do you go packing shelves at Woolworths? Like nothing wrong with that, but I found out my, how do I go? Just I'm freaking on a knows sweeping or how do I go on in doing anything? Because it's like once you've had that type of responsibility in charge of people in a war zone where what you do in this moment could change the course of history essentially. Essentially. It's like he said, he's like, I guess you could say it's a drug. You could really say it's an adrenaline and drug goal and once you've had it, it's just like, what do you go? So, you know, going and doing the jungle training. I remember, cause it was in Malaysia, I was doing these jungle training and I'm like, I've been awards not for like this no more and it will never be full like this again. And I knew that, you know what I mean? We all knew it. It wasn't just me and you know, and it's just like close questioning to the essence of food. That's what, you know, started helping the verbiage towards just becoming vegetarian at the time. Like, uh, started question, like everything, everything that I've even been taught in the school to everything the government says on the TVs, everything, everything. And it became so freaking I'd like him to, why do we love dogs as pets? But we don't like pigs as pets. Like that simple question. You know what I mean? Like, like everything, sex as well. We were relationships with females. I was like, why are we all saw obsessed with sex? Why is, why is everyone think with a Dick? You know what I mean? You know, why don't we get drunk and all of a sudden we get really drunk, a Homans lift. We all just want to fuck each other. You know what I mean? It's like just everything like that, like that to that level. So I spoke about that just so people can understand like where like, yeah, so he has a day bands though. But it's like, um, to get to that mindset to the thing, you know, you look at the tree to like, why the grain, why not any other color? Why are we so programmed to just be like, you know, like we look at animals, like we look at an octopus and a lot, this is probably heard this one before, but if you look at indoctrinating amaze both, like just someone who found an octopus in another planet, Alien, Alien, oh my God. But then we've just lad octopuses to be a mess. It's an animal. Like a question, not the question. The stars is not. So that's where I was at. Yeah. What is the best advice you have ever been given? That's the advisors ever been given? I would say there's none. I would say that I can remember the thing, but one thing that I've discovered within myself, so maybe the best advice that I've heard from myself from just to you. That's my little thing. Yeah. It's just do you, and that doesn't mean being selfish and means is never selfish to make yourself the number one priority like in every state. Um, you know, like, you know, like I love my family, got the Ha hell, I got the word family tatted on me as well and I love them to death and I would do anything for them, but my number one thing in this world and will always be this is me. Yeah. And just do you know yourself to the sense of like how you're feeling, you know, mentally, physically. You know what I mean? Like no, this spiritually know these things about yourself. And once you grasp that to me it's like the world's your oyster. Yeah. But journey. What's the, uh, what's the benefit of doing you on, on working on yourself, on focusing on yourself, what had in life? How do you benefit from that head of the people around you benefit from that doing you is doing life and doing life inspires others to do life. It's to me it's like you like, um, I got a little thing going on an Instagram story and it's really funny because that I know I didn't have intentions behind what I'm doing in, I was like, all what do this to this no time, it's going to lead to that. Having anything like that. It's like, um, I feel my chickens when I get the chicken eggs for example. And I'm like, thank you girl. Thanks chickens. Thanks for the eggs. And I'm doing that purely for gratification in regards to gratitude to the chickens and it's showing them gratification thing. Thank you. And I'm not doing that for shits and gigs I'm doing because I do it. But everyone's like, I get so many messages now from p was saying like, it's so funny. And they love it and they're like, hey, it's so beautiful to see somebody doing that. And at no stage ever did it ever cross my mind that I was doing it for followers or this or that assumed cause I was genuinely thanking the animal and and saying that that that is just doing me, that is the simplest term. It just doing me and in return is inspired somebody else to be like I need to be more thankful for my food. And like that doesn't need to be religious because I'm not religious like sitting in front of the praying like just by saying thank you, like and actually meaning it. So doing you to the sense of understanding yourself solvent, all levels is you're going to inspire somebody else to do them and then guess what we're going to do. We do it all one by one. We will raise consciousness as well. We will let go of like these walls, the all the killing, all the freaking starvation or the homeless or the problems. Like if everyone just lists at conscious, but instead of like trying to be a and Stinger follow me guys. I am the leader. No, just understand you because even as we sit here, you and I have completely different views of life. Like in regard we might have similar views, but at the end of the day, like even in this moment, you're sitting across from me, I'm sitting here, our views are different, completely different. I've lived a completely different light and that's awesome. Perfectly fine. We can seek so I can learn so much from you. Vice versa, you know, so just doing you and understanding you is then in return you're glowing. It's going to inspire somebody else to just do them. But, and then it's like a network marketing or Asian conscious with way getting on that pyramid scheme, pyramid scheme that no one makes any money but a pyramid scheme that's going to change, alter the state of consciousness around the women's game of consciousness. People are like, right. Another one of those conscious scams. So the one that you want to be a part of the psych guys, if you sign up, right? Monthly subscription, um, what advice would you give you? A 16 year old self stop following the crowd. Don't follow the crowd and don't be a sheep. I was had potential to do this, this and that, but I let my immediate surroundings, the average of the five people allow alcohol to come and never, it wasn't a huge thing when I was 16 of course, but like everyone, he knows that alcohol came to life when he was 16 I went to the house, I would play reps, soccer then quickly get out and I would be girls and alcohol be camera somewhat a whole much higher priority in my life, which is normal. His hormones and your immediate, but it's like, yeah, allow it to be that tone but don't let it consume you as much as it did. Yeah. Yeah. How do you think people can be become more fulfilled in life? Going back to what my philosophy, my own self is just a, you just do, you do the best to, if you're living in a palm and try and grow some hubs try and get involved in like the like it's so cliche and fewer probably rolled the rise. The next common, it's like go to the farmer's markets, like go do that sport that you've always wanted to do or learn guitar cause you've always, you lock it, you know like just be more fulfilled in the littlest things in this world that show some sort of ignite ignition within yourself that you like. That interest me freaking do it. Like I got into started painting three years ago and I've sold some light painting. Um, I saw my work from doing little plastic model kids to airbrushing and then flow out all this stuff. It's, I'm no freaking oh like artists but saying that though it is ignited something else within me and that comes back to more fulfilled because I'm doing the little things that excite me and don't ever say money's an excuse. Cause that is then just pure laziness. Like that is just you saying that that is not an important task to me. Yeah. It's not a priority. It should be just a you and that money can come from anywhere. Money is energy. Money is energy. Like he, he sung for lessons. I am doing nothing. Like I said, teaching minimal yo clauses and I am more financially set than ed before I could not work for the next three is comfortably. Yeah. And do you think that happened overnight? Do you think they happen? No. It like it came with a lot of sacrifice and this and that, but like you know my, and to be honest, I'm making more money now and I'm doing and I don't want to stop bringing in fun cause it makes selling about money. It's like I'm not, I'm, I look at money purely is energy. Energy. This is an exchange of energy. It's value. We just need something physical in this world. You know what I mean? It's just like that's all it is. People get lost. That money is like, like this physical, here's the$5 note, you know, the hundred dollar bill. Like this is it. Like it's not that like, it's just a representation of what we need is an energy source in this reality in this world. So I'm not anti money. I'm getting 80 casual, slow. I don't like that idea. It's more control. I do like the exchange of actual money. Um, but oh, that's a different topic. But you get what I'm trying to say. What's a big problem you think needs to be talked about more in society or dude, how long have you got? Um, one example. I think it's awareness. There is lack of awareness in everyday people. What is happening around the world, what is happening in their community and what is happening in their daily lives. I could talk about so many different topics of that, but if everybody just gained 20% more awareness of what is happening, maybe we can make it like I was reading something the other day and people having a crack of the people in Paris, the yellow vests sending up against the government. Yeah. I think it's amazing. It's about time that um, we start standing up. But down here, you know, people like, oh, it doesn't affect the role, bunch of dickheads and this and that. It's like this standing up for what they believe in. Like, you know, we just had that a witness. Maybe we'd do the same. Yeah. We don't need go flip cards like that. I'm not going to start talking about la because that's we. I don't really know if they, oh that's just media but I'm not going to get down. That put on saying is is like awareness just a wet but it's not even awareness of not just, sorry, not just awareness of your immediate surroundings and your community in the nation and so like awareness of one's self awareness of like, oh, I'm feeling sick instead of just going to be a freaking pharmaceutical cabinet and just taking pills. I'm sick. The reason why I'm sick, it's, Oh, I've actually been really depressed at work. I'm having a fight with my boyfriend or girlfriend or I'm feeling lonely. It's like finding the re that a witness to finding routes to problems instead of just like fixing shit with like the simple, because of this war we live in now is like, oh, holding my phone at the moment. It's like instantaneous instance. Free containers. Like you want an Uber Bomp bomp button. You know you want to transfer money, boom, one button. I want to book flights to freaking your ball mount button log. Okay. Two buttons. But you get what I'm trying to say. Everything is so, so people are losing that connection to themselves, that awareness of their surroundings. So yeah. And that's why it goes back to like grow your own little bit of Herb's. Even if that's all you can do or go, I don't like to say go walk in nature because that just becomes an Instagram freaking profile picture. It's just more of like doing something day today that does any recognition for, but for yourself, you're like, ah, this is what an eggplant looks like when it comes out of, uh, out of a plant, you know, say, yeah. Awareness, awareness, awareness, awareness. There you go, guys. Love it. Conscious awareness. Conscious awareness. If this was the last time you say me and I asked you to teach me something tangible, so something that's useful in terms of steps. Yup. Um, I can use every day to improve my life. What would you teach me? That's a hook. That's a really, that's a really good question. That's a really good question. I think what I'd teach you is one word. It's called surrendering. I'll teach you how to just find that space of like Surendra in completely and allowing yourself to be, it's okay. It's okay. It's a state of being. You know what I mean? It's a state of being. So any situation life, the pros and cons or in your own the road and the van and all of a sudden the invoices didn't come in and you know you didn't get paid and you're like, stop flipping out. You know, like, you know, which let's be honest, we've all been there. You know what I mean? Like we're bored. I've had that problem. They are like, I can't sit here and say I haven't, but it's like, um, you know, if you can just surrender into that moment, that doesn't, once again mean you're doing nothing. It just means like you can surrender and be able to like, it's okay. Like I'm going to clear that mind and I'm going to allow to be what it's going to be. You're giving yourself that space to your highest self. I connection. We'll give you the freaking answer that you desire in this moment, which is all that there is. Yeah, and I think that that gives you the power back instead of the situation. The thing that person having your power, it's power back into yourself and like the example of being on this journey has brought up a lot of those things and it is literally going back to surrendering and going, it'll be okay. It's always been okay. It's always worked out. You'll get through this, just feel everything that you're feeling. That's okay. We're all going to feel course ups, downs. I love filling them to quite how good is it when you like feel alive? Yes. When you're like all of a sudden upset about something like wow I'm upset. I don't know why. Yeah, we can offset all the angry. Angry is a bit different cause he might, you've got to control that. Lots of different but yeah, sorry. I like to bring it into the like third person myself and be like, why is Carlo upset? Like why? Why are you feeling this way? And then go, okay well then you can find solutions. Then like you're back in that power to then be present and have that awareness. Like you were saying the, and the one thing that like in this lesson, I would love to say, cause I'd love to other people to try and get an understanding of that word so they can imagine yourself communicating with somebody. The yourself, right now you're communicating with someone. Can you be the Observer, The Observer? And when I mean by that, so you're communicating with some of the scientists cause a bit of frustration with within in your mind, can you take a step back from yourself and then s and then from there take another step back from yourself. So you're observing yourself observing, if that makes sense. The Observer of the observers. So the reason why I'm saying that is so you can stand so far away from the situation and observing yourself, making the decision, making, you're seeing yourself go like, okay, I'm making decision in this moment in regards to how frustrated I am. So how beautiful could that be? And that is when you can be out two steps so far away from yourself. Then you're surrendering, you're at peace at all times. You're not affected by the immediate surrounding, even though, yes, you physically there. But if I could draw it is like two people talking, then a little ghost behind you and then it goes behind that ghost. You know what I mean? Like it's like, oh, I really, that goes behind that goes is actually out to the sides. We can see it all, but you can get, what I'm trying to say is that ability to be the observer of the observer of oneself. Yeah. How can I, and, and, or people find their purpose going back to it's, I could carry a whiteboard, um, just to you, it's just like, it goes back to the simple simplicity of discovering yourself and allowing yourself to be vulnerable enough to discover yourself. Like, um, you know, like, it's really interesting, you know, you know what I love? You know, like obviously I'm a very straight single male, but I love when someone comes out saying they're gay or lesbian or something like that, which I'm really respectful for like, um, because when I find somebody is, it's just like they're being honest themselves, but they have gone to a depth of being honest themselves or someone who likes to, you know, they've never swam, but they're like, I've always wanted to swim. I love the idea of the ocean. I can't swim. And they're dedicated himself to learn how to swim. Like to me that, that's a beautiful story there. You know what I mean? It's just like the decision within themselves then made that is like, they should be getting the frigging the gold star, you know what I mean? Like it, that's the beautiful tea, that to have that connection to yourself, to accept yourself or what, who you truly freaking off. It's just beautiful. Yeah. What's most meaningful to you in life right now? Most meaningful is it, it, it's, it's just me. Like I'm, so, I'm just me. Like I love my family. I love my animals, I love my friends. Um, but what I've learned is like friends come and go, you know what I mean? And you've gotta be okay with them coming and going like a reason to season for a lifetime. We've all heard that quote before too, you know, and even though the season might be 20 odd years or the season might be six months or the reason was to give you a really hard time or a really amazing time than leave, it's just allowing that to be that and you know, it's just allowing everything to flow in and out of your lives in the most meaningful. This thing to me is made to be able to allow all to be as one and constant energetic flow of existence. Because I always come back, to me, it always comes back to your belief system and my belief system is what I've stated a few times is that in my idea of perspective, this illusion of life is that nothing truly exists on the, once I leave the space, is a space still existing? Yeah. I have no evidence outside this reality of this moment that you know, it said that. That's saying so yeah, some people that that's so selfish. I'm like, once again, it is never selfish to allow yourself to be the number one priority of life.

Speaker 4:

Hmm. Sorry. Powerful too. What impact do you want to have on people, the community and the world?

Speaker 1:

So the impact I want having the commute in the world is to have that, I love the word conscious, the conscious like being that conscious awakening to somebody else to be a lot for someone to look at me and be like he's living, he's desired life. And in as an inspirational quote, a lot of the sound of birds, um, as an inspirational is, um, for them to find that it'd be like the start their journey with themselves and then if they need to reach out to me, which already have that, it's beautiful and I can't thank everyone who does, you know, that reach out to me and like can we have a chat and like to be able to speak like days and hopefully even now like hopefully someone, this is like, I have no idea that Tom guy is, but you just inspired me to go do that painting class or to go for, to buy that motorbike. You know, cause I've been hesitating cause I've always wanted to learn to drive a motor, but you know, whatever it may be like to me that's my impact right there. Like it's a really difficult time because of social media. Everybody is stem what somebody now, um, and like the, the trying to be somebody and just get a couple of followers who somebody apparently, and it's like, and then everyone's trying to steal your start up businesses, which is great. Like, it's, it's better than ever before that you can get anything these days. Um, but in saying that though, it's like where's the authenticity? The authentic person who just wants it. So it's like they're not doing it for Gri. They're not doing it for money. They're not doing for power, popularity, whatever it is. They're doing it just because they're trying to be a good soul to this planet, which right now the planet needs. So it's just you being you in the most authentic, his way to me is impacting the world. Like we grow in a world where we think we need to be freaking standing on mountains, telling everybody what to do or to be having a multibillion dollar company to make changes. It's like we all need to be entrepreneurs and have a 10,000 followers. That's it. Like a rescue. This little pup next to me now, a little little foxy on Wednesday. I made an impact in his life. I've given him, he wouldn't understand. He's know that conscious state to understand that we don't know. We don't know. We don't know. We don't know. He does seem pretty happy. He seems pretty freaking, you know, I had no idea that trauma, the poor thing's been through, but then you know, I've made an impact in his life, you know, like and him to say thank you. Simply him being him. That's enough. Like, you know, so yeah, there you go. What does it mean to be conscious awareness? Just being aware of your immediate self, your surroundings and awareness. Not just on your thoughts but aware of the thoughts, the multiple thoughts that we all keep constant grasping through our mind. I'll be crazy not to say that we all have multiple voices speaking. You know what I mean? We all day. People just want to say, cause they think they're crazy. You're not, it's normal. You don't have a, what's the one with the multiple? Is it multiple personalities? Yeah, to face everyday manner. But you know what I'm saying? Like you know, like, like questions like am I hungry? It's like are you hungry or don't am I hungry? I think I'm hungry. You know what I mean? Like I'm trying to use it the most simplest version. Yeah. I mean, have you ever like, do I do I want to eat right now or do I need to eat or do I want to eat much better wording? But yeah, that's the thing. It's like having that conversation with yourself and to know when it's like I'm eating because I'm actually board, you know what I mean? Not eating because it's like I don't want, you don't want to sound like this was like I need to eat because right now my borage is not nourished and I need to have food on my system. But um, yeah, people don't really have that top of the wellness it, there's a lot of situations in life where that can play come into play as well. 100% do I need this person in my life or do I want them in my life? Do I need this relationship or do I want this relationship? Yeah. And that that's the, once again, we can, this whole conversation, we, it's blown in so many different tangents, but it's not the same thing. This is the seed, the seed, the seed to then grow into other conversations. Is there anything else you'd like to leave and share with listeners? I just like to leave it just like kind of what I've spoken a fair bit about. It's to say like just be the better version of you and just keep growing who you are. Like you know, like I was once, like I said, I was 10 kilos more heavy in regards to the muscular carry around a freaking pretty powerful weapon. You know, like doing some things that you know, like that I can't, I couldn't imagine myself doing now. You know what I mean? And then and allowing yourself to go through these different changes of life, letting go of who you once were and allow yourself to evolve into who you are now. Being vulnerable, surrendering these words that I have already mentioned a few times, that awareness of just your immediate surroundings, you know mean like being open enough to decide that. It's like maybe I should let go on me a little bit. You know, just once a day. Like just, I'm not preaching right now. Vegan is, but I'm saying like just littlest things in this wall is like trial. You know the biggest study you'll ever do in this world. It's yourself. People do eight, 10 fricking long years starting to become doctors and they're great. We need them and I've can't congratulate them enough. But the biggest project you'll ever do, it's yourself. Allow yourself to be the project, see yourself for the project that you are this amazing, incredible being of light that we know really little off. You know what I mean? And these in mind that only withstand per se it popping out here and then now the conscious mind and how much power we really try to understand like, like if you have a question, you know when you're in a room and you're like all of a sudden like I didn't feel bad vibes. You can't describe him. You can't tell them like I just, you meet some of the first time. Sorry for better example. I don't know. I can't vibe with them by just can't fog with them. I this something about them. It just Antony that no one really can describe. It's like, cause it's an energetic field. Learn about that. Discover that intuition into healing the real essence of this life. You know, have you ever eaten like a chocolate bar? And someone's like, I love it. It's like, no you don't. You're, it's a natural gas zone. You know what I mean? Your sensors within the math like Ooh, this is amazing but that, but food, this food, this type of food tastes good. Does the amount but not to the rest of your body. And that's the point. He's like, what do you know you've done it again, stop this. I can go on and on, but where can people see more of your stuff and follow you? Look at the moment they can follow me on all my social, religious, Facebook and Instagram really. But I'm in the process of and building my own website in regards to, um, not for any real reasons, not to try and sell it, just to be out to be the example. Express myself freely enough to know that someone else out there and I want to make a bit of a like community base odds online presence in regards to, we can all talk but that'd be released. But yeah, just Tommy Andrew or I think it's Tommy John and Facebook and Tommy. Dot. Andrew on Instagram more than walking a phone asked me any questions. I, I desire communication with people on the same level. I'm very quick to be truthfully to disregard people that um, a questioning to a site that I just like, they just didn't turn it, the trolls. So just trying to find a really, I love being tested. I think we all need to be tested, but people that are just like, you're a dickhead and it's without saying those words, it's just like choose my cheese for wasting my time because it shows him where you're really at. Yeah. Nice. I'll have all the links for that as well. Um, in the show notes and, and definitely do reach out, especially if this podcast is triggered. Anything inspired, uh, anything in your added value to your life that reach out to Tommy and myself. Like we'll respond. We, you know, we, we don't have the millions of followers where we need a PA or a VA to respond to messages. We will respond. We love that connection to know that this, you know, maybe something in Tommy's story has added. It's added so much value to me, but we can sit here and chat afterwards but, you know, reach out on social and get in touch. And um, just to wrap up, I want to acknowledge you for the, the human that you are the conscious in aware human that you are at, um, for spending time with me for being so open and vulnerable and everything we've touched on is just like, like we said, like everyone's got such a different journey and we've about other stuff before. Um, we sat down to record this conversation and it's just, man, I'm learning so much and I'm so grateful that you would share that with me and with the listeners as well. It's, it's incredible and I love, um, a lot of what you're doing. And that conscious awareness that you're bringing to the world. It's great and I'm, I'm inspired off it as well, so thank you. So welcome. I love being a part of this essentially universal movement that is happening on all states. Like you know, and it starts with conversation. It just starts with open, vulnerable, free thinking, free speaking conversation. So thank you so much for allowing me to be in this space to be able to do that. You are so welcome. It's a pleasure. Well until next time rather, which will hopefully be soon. Take care. They will and everyone listening, make sure you subscribe on everything. Follow both Tommy and myself and uh, and leave some comments and be well take care everyone.
