Out of the Cold Collingwood is a temporary overnight emergency winter shelter launched December 2nd, 2019 spearheaded by the non-profit accredited Community Connection.
Operating from November to April, this is more than an overnight accommodation offering a centralized and safe space were youth over 16-years-old, individuals and families with dependents experiencing homelessness will be connected to resources to go from homeless to sheltered to housed.
