Collingwood Theatre is proud to present the musical production “The World Goes ‘Round” at the Historic Gayety Theatre from September 4th to 8th, 2018."The World Goes Round" is a stunning revue of the songbook from the multi Tony Award Winning Team, John Kander and Fred Ebb with non-stop hits as it follows the lives of five people careening through the world of love, babies and coffee.Joining Dianna via Skype is musical director and pianist, Greg Gibson. Greg has travelled to six continents and more than sixty countries over the past eight years as bandleader for Holland America Line Cruises.His twenty-year musical career has led him to work for performing arts companies across the U.S. and Canada as an arranger, composer, accompanist, music copyist and actor including closer to home the Shaw Festival, The Talk is Free Theatre, Sudbury Theatre Centre, Thousand Islands Playhouse and Theatre Kingston.Born and raised in Collingwood, Greg is returning to his hometown and looks forward to performing at the Historic Gayety Theatre where he shares fond memories when growing up.
