Her work and teaching around the world with the Enneagram facilitates the inner work required for her clients to get “unstuck” and move out of self-defeating negative behavioral patterns. Deborah has taken her work as a social justice advocate to a new level by designing a unique Diversity Equity and Inclusion certification course for consultants, OD and diversity professionals Enneagram teachers, coaches and practitioners.
