In Union County there are three constitutional officers directly elected by the citizens, the Sheriff, the Surrogate and the County Clerk. Joanne Rajoppi has been the Union County Clerk since 1995. In Cranford Radio's continuing series of introductory interviews with elected officials, we met in her Elizabeth office.
