To say Tim Golden has his finger on the pulse of the beer world in Hawaii, is something of an understatement. The certified Cicerone is a co owner of Village Bottle Shop and Tasting Room at SALT, Kakaako, where there are more than 600 beers for sale at any one time.
He chats with Jo about his passion for beer and why 'The Village' is a place for everyone.
