Investing in yourself is usually a stretch. Something outside of your means currently, but when you do so in a way that feels right it an propel you way beyond the investment you make monetarily.
The transformation is in the transaction. How easily do you skip a free session or a free workout, but when you put down money (significant money especially), you show up.
