In 1959 the clarion call of the civil rights movement was, “We Shall Overcome.” It was a song of protest! Over the past 50yrs that song has become the go-to song for those who are trying to overcome something they perceive to be wrong that needs to be made right.
There is a need to protest today, but this protest is a protest against the evil one who is holding people in bondage.
