Do you ever look around your house and think about how to get rid of stuff? Do you often think about how downsizing might bring you more joy? I know I sure do! The state of the inside of my home is a direct reflection of how I'm feeling. You can tell when I'm stressed out as there will probably be more clutter around or I haven't gotten around to cleaning like I should. I call it my 'cement shoes'. Cement shoes are heavy and weight you down kind of like a lot of 'stuff' in your home. This can ultimately cause anxiety, stress and even panic.
