Do you feel exhausted, stressed out and otherwise a feeling of MEH?!  Did you know that trauma might be the culprit?  There is a huge relationship between trauma and anxiety.  This relationship can be fairly blatant or it can be something pretty subtle. 

In this episode I had the chance to really dig into trauma outside of trauma therapy and dig deep down to see teeny tiny changes that people can make in their lives that will help them release trauma or to be ready for trauma treatment.  Cool, huh?

I interview Missy Rankin, CTNC who is also a life and health coach along with being a stress management specialist.  She is not a therapist, but really understands simple strategy to help those who are struggling.  She totally gets trauma and bares her soul about her own trauma experiences and how they have impacted her body and her mind.
