Our local YMCA made national news this week after a 17 yo girl was exposed to a transgender woman (biological male) in the locker room. She shared her concerns with the local city council, and members of the public from both sides of the issue gathered for a rally. El Cajon City Councilman Phil Ortiz was there, and on this episode we interview him about what happens next.
