Ephesians 4 gives us a vision for the whole church to be equipped for ministry. This involves a number of specific offices functioning in the church (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, Teacher) together. It also requires that we figure out what is for each of us to grow in and what is for someone else to grow in. We need this to happen if we are to see the diversity and fullness of Christ through His church.
