Navanita is a professional Physical Educator, Creative Dance Teacher and Fitness Instructor experienced and trained in various techniques of meditation, dance, Bodymind- guided inner dialoguing, Trauma-work and Embryology.

Having been through a Near Death experience, her doctors predicted that she wouldn't be able to walk again....nevertheless she MADE IT.....and now she teaches dancing and  dedicates her life to healing through movement: "grounding in being and grounding in the body". She is an amazing therapist and she shares her miraculous story as well as some embodiment techniques (Life Moves tools) with us today.
