I have a great conversation with my friend Trevor Montgomery who is a New Zealand trained physiotherapist with a master in health science. Along with clinical work he regularly travels across the world to educate other practitioners.
He’s passionate about making people healthier and happier in their daily lives.
He quotes Peter O’sullivan and says that people do things that make them sore all of the time. Through his experience of working with various people he’s realised that most people don’t realise that they are doing the very thing that is making them sore.
Poor posture, poor breathing patterns and poor movement are common examples of this and he spends a great deal of time correcting these in his patients.
Tune in for lots of great insights into how you can live a more balanced life.
