#8 - Reporting From a Windy Tent on Mount Everest: An Exercise in Overcoming the Insurmountable
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
We are all endeavoring to surmount various obstacles en route to our goals and aspirations. For some, it might be in tackling a 30 mile race over mountains. For others, it might be in facing an employer to ask for a raise. For others, it might be the decision to allow a relationship to end, despite the abyss of the unknown staring us in the face. Either way, if we practice a simple exercise, we can get a grip on our fears and take control of our future.
