Speaking from experience, it really sucks when you are working out eating right and the scale isn't moving or even worst going in the other direction. Stress sucks! It can make all your successes feel like a failure. But our reaction to day to day stress can possibly be made so much worse if there is unresolved trauma. Recently there has been a buzz about EMDR and the treatments around PTSD and trauma.
