There are many patterns, habits, and even thought forms that we've become so accustomed to that we think there's no way to change them. But if you commit to asking yourself "Is this mine?" and asking your body "What would be supportive and empowering to you?", you can begin to shift and deprogram quite quickly. There are many ways to tune into your body and listen. In this episode, I explain some of the ways I'm exploring communicating with my body and energy field. I share some of my experiences that have shown me that tuning into myself is easier than it sounds and has given me a new sense of freedom. Unleash yourself and BE YOU!
