Social media makes it possible to catch people at their worst (we hope). This happened recently when a pastor was caught mid-sermon asking a mom to take her child outside of the sanctuary. It isn’t a good look. We take some time to discuss this and—spoiler alert—Hans has a little sympathy (a little). We then discuss a book on pastor and abuses of power (as well as what to do about it) and finish up with a leader who didn’t abuse power—Picard. (Note: Hans mentions the metadata for the church’s website changing from being one of the friendliest churches. He just checked it again and it is back. Blame him for the confusion.)
