Hello. Today I am coming to you live from Beautiful Phoenix at the P R s a event. And today we wanted to talk about something that we've been hearing a lot at the conference, which is how do I get more people to create content?
If you happen to be at the PRS, a event, we have a staff base on display on iPhones, iPads, android tablets, and android phones. Feel free to come over, play with it, ask them questions, and get to understand what this platform called staffbase really is about. So as communicators, you're always looking for folks that can help you create great content. Um, and probably the easiest way to do so is to find your internal influencers. So these are people that are your champions and they exist. There's a good chance that you already know who these people are. They're either a department heads or they're just particularly engaged people that are within the different departments, different, uh, stakeholders, leadership members, et Cetera, that are very eager to help out and lend a hand and are always advocating the brand of your organization. Those are the people that you need to go after, seek out and work with, find them, and they will be more than happy to help you create content.
So I highly recommend find your internal influencers. I just had an earlier podcast this week with one of our customers and we're going to release that in the next week. And she slept. Talked specifically about how much of an impact you leveraging her internal influencers really has been for her. Uh, and this is someone that has a 96%, uh, active adoption rate for her brand and employee applications. So she definitely knows what she's talking about. So she spent a lot of time finding those heroes, those champions within her organization that advocate the brand, talk about the organization and want to actively participate, create content. Those internal influencers are going to be a game changer for you so that the entire content library is not entirely reliant on you to create and generate.
