Welcome back to the Ask Abbey Podcast! In this episode, I'm finally sharing my personal story about my struggles with anxiety. But instead of taking the cliche "it'll get better" route, I decided to be completely honest and share the details of what I went through when I was at my lowest point of mental health. I talk through obsessive thoughts, panic attacks, night sweats, therapy, medication, coping skills, my advice, and where I am today. I don't shy away from the "weird", hush hush topics- nothing is off the table. I want all of my listeners to know that this platform is a safe space for you to come and chat about mental health related topics, or get a much needed distraction from any mental health struggles you may be currently going through. Even if you aren't personally going through it, my guess is you know somebody that is. This episode is for all of you.
