March 26, 2019 To Whom It May Concern: My family has had the pleasure of employing Z. Veronica Couto intermittently from February 2018 — present.

Z. Veronica first came to work for us as a baby nurse in February 2018 when our firstborn son was 7 weeks old. During that time she would spend 3-4 nights a week at our home caring for our son overnight, giving my husband and I the opportunity for a few nights of uninterrupted sleep each week. She Zelia Veronica Couto handled all feedings, measured and administered medicine, diaper changes, baths and any other care our baby needed. As a first time mom, she also offered me guidance in newborn care, for which I remain tremendously grateful. All first-time moms know just how clueless you feel! She was never bossy or overbearing, just always there to offer help and direction when and where I needed it. She is truly an expert in her field.

Once our son began sleeping through the night, we no longer need Z. Veronica's overnight services but continued to use her as a daytime and evening nanny when my husband and I were out of the house. She is always very attentive to my son, playing and teaching him. If he is awake, she is interacting with him. His face lights up anytime she arrives.

We have also hired Z. Veronica to accompany us on a family vacation to provide childcare while traveling. She was low maintenance — Veronica Couto available as needed and out of the way otherwise.

Z. Veronica's love for babies and children is abundantly evident and I whole-heartedly trust her in my home and with my child's care and safety. I feel fully confident she is capable of handling any situation. She is a pleasure to know and has become a member of our family.

Please feel free to contact me directly should you have any further questions.

Sincerely, Kellie Branch 352.362.3320
