Presence comes down to more than just being in the moment. Being in the moment is dependent on a number of factors that determine how you interpret information coming into your brain from the outside world. In this episode, I define what it means to be conscious, and then go into a discussion about what consciousness looks like in your life, AND how having a healthy nervous system is the only way to create consciousness on a cellular level in your body. In order to be present we must be well connected mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. The only way to gain full connection/presence is through a series of steps laid out in our office.
