Hutch and Kyle welcome Rob Strobel into the studio to gain greater insights into what his path to become a Strong Dad looks like. Rob is the CEO of Lithko Contracting. Lithko is the second largest concrete company in the country. Rob oversees 17 different locations and over 3000 employees. He is an accomplished triathlete and outdoorsman. But, like all of us, he has challenges and battles that have come into his pathway. Rob discusses the challenges and successes that he has seen in his life. He openly welcomes Christ into his life to help guide and teach him in his daily walk. Rob's humble but strong leadership is a lesson for all of our Strong Dads!
