Why do men need to be in a small group? All men need someone to hold them accountable, to challenge them, to encourage them, and have fun with them. Especially in today's culture in which many young men grow up with no positive male presence in their life. Boys grow up without guidance, discipline, and encouragement from a strong father figure. That leads them to enter manhood as nothing more than big boys. Acting like boys when your in a marriage, raising kids, and doing life, just doesn't cut it.
