Strong Dads welcomes WLW Radio Talk Show Host, Rocky Boiman, into the studio. Rocky shares his story about growing up in Cincinnati. As a guest on Strong Dads, the conversation about his father-experience was of utmost importance. Rocky describes how he was parented and why he believes that his parents were and still are a positive force in his life. In particular, he talked about his dad's influence and strength in parenting to help Rocky be the best version of himself.
Rocky and his wife are the parents of two young boys. They recognize the challenges of raising kids in today's world. One of the things that Rocky emphasizes in his parenting is Strong vs Safe. Helping his boys to become strong to overcome obstacles in life, rather than always looking to keep them safe.
Rocky just completed his new book called Rocky's Rules. During the show, Rocky gives a brief explanation of the book and why he felt it was important to write it. Rocky is a young father that has many opportunities. The one opportunity that he takes most seriously is his family. For that reason, Rocky is a STRONG DAD!
