Too often humans perceive the world of Animals in much the same way that we do our own: as a struggle for power. And that's missing the point entirely! It's only ever about balance for Animals even when it comes to living in groups together or what human philosophers would state is a "city/state" or "political". More often than not rather than a conqueror of a group there's a shift of the "what was" into the "what is now". All for the highest and best good of the species group. Only by seeing ourselves as part of one whole group and one race will humans come to the place of collective consciousness as a default rather than individual first.
