Taking good care of the physical body has never been more important. It's also just as important to "wash" the spirit inside the body as what affects one affects the other. It's clear that the current shadow aspect of a worldwide virus affecting only the human species is an initiation of sorts. And we're being invited to lean into - instead of away from - our collective shadow. Because yes, it exists. As much as humans are conditioned to run away from the shadow aspects of mostly ourselves, Earth herself seems to be giving us a collective shrug as if to say "enough". Choices to be differently with ourselves, each other and the planet are always present and the current crisis is definitely a mirror of the collective inner. Evolve or stay the same, easy or hard is up to all of us.
