Show Notes

At this point in time, there is zero evidence that Covid-19 can be transmitted to your animal companion. That being said, when out walking it's good to maintain the turkey-buzzard-wingspan length (yes, it's 6 feet) between them and other humans and their companion animals. Wash your hands frequently before and after physically touching your companion animal. And while perhaps at least initially, everyone is overjoyed at getting to spend more time together at home, that may reach a peak and start to subside. As well, how you are integrating this dramatic shift in your life path is directly proportional to how well your animal companion is integrating their own shift. By having you home so much more!  Understanding the emotions your body is giving to you and how you perceive them (feelings) is the first step in managing a whole new work environment at home.
