In this episode, I discuss building emotional fitness. We all go through certain patterns in live. Call it emotional highs and lows. If were not prepared for these events, it's easy to get sucked into a bad spiral.

We must establish routines and bolster our emotional fitness so that when the winter season comes, we're ready. Then, we can pull out of ruts much faster and move on with our life.
