It starts with knowing our limitations. 1. We need to recognize that there is a problem. 2. How do we respond to warnings of potential problems in our lives.II. Seek God when trouble hits. 1. Jehoshaphat seeks the Lord first. 2. They fasted and prayed in an effort to put away all other distractions. 3. It was a purposeful time of hearing from God. 4. They begin to gain confidence through prayer. Jehoshaphat's prayer- a. vs. 6 remembering how powerful God is. b. vs. 7 he reflects on how God has worked in the past c. vs. 9 trusting in God in whatever circumstance we are in d. vs. 12 watch God work e. vs. 13 whole families praying togetherIII.
