The basic storyline for the series is that terrorists have developed a vicious bio-terror weapon that they managed to deploy in America. A group of law enforcement and military experts work to combat the terrorists and kill the zombies that have been created by the virus. David draws from his own thirty-year career as a police officer to create a realistic and gritty series.
