Mindfulness allows us to see more clearly  the intention with which we do things, think things and act. Through gently 'bringing the mind back home' through sitting and focusing all of our attention in the present moment we gain insight an clarity to our inner most motivationns.... But DON'T JUDGE.. thats how it is.  From this vantage point we can instill the actions and thoughts which are in our highest life enhancing benefit for ourselves and others.
When doing the loving kindness meditation  give away your love and want nothing in return, share fully  with all those you visualise an imagine.
