This short meditaion practice will achieve the following ..(so long as you practice it Once a day.)
To bring the mind back home... to have your focus of attention FOCUSED in this present
moment is the first step in becoming more mindful in your daily life. They say that Goldfish  now have a longer attention span than most human beings.... GO Go Goldlfish.... so practicing to hold your focus is very important. Secondly, hold this focus of attention in the present moment. DON'T let your mind wander, no daydreaming, no rumination, no thinking on the past or the future, not on hopes or fears , just here and now. and DON'T Judge . that means no anylitical thinking, no evalutations no being clever, no assessing just hang out in the moment . Good luck.... just do it!!
