In the 1920s, John Lyerly was a ruthless mountain Sheriff who killed himself
in the room where the Asheville Mystery Museum was originally housed.
Though the museum has moved, the Sheriff has refused to leave the "staff"
alone. He seems to follow us. He is at the center of many strange occurrences
in our research that we've never shared before. Our friend, Missy Hill, joins
Vance, Shelley and Sam to revisit a few incredible and chilling details.
PLUS you'll enjoy the premiere of a song dedicated to Lyerly, "The Hounds
of Sheriff John," by The Scatterlings. AND Dark 30 reminds us that drugs and alcohol don't mix with just plain stupid!
