Before you go, here’s another episode of Sincerely Yours talkin’ all about stress, this one is totally valid! 

When we have so many obligations, we feel stretched in a million different ways. If we don’t recognize it then burn out can creep into your life without you realizing it. I share some of the signs of burn out, general unhappiness to full blown depression. Once we have the tools to recognize it then we can take steps to prevent it. Thus I share all about self-care! Self-care is doing things you enjoy to do because we so often have to do so many things we don’t enjoy doing. Self-care can look different for everything but as long as it is true to who you are and what you enjoy doing, then keeping it up can keep the burn out at bay.
