The Spirit-Filled Church, Acts 2: 1-11
The Lord Jesus Christ established the of the new testament and He is committed to building the church with assurance in Matthew 16:18, thank God for the commitment of Christ in building the church, one way in which the Lord is building the church is through the Holy Spirit. When Jesus was leaving he told His disciples that he won't leave them as orphans, that he won't leave them without the comfort. We must be a spirit filled church no local church can fulfil the purpose for which he is born without the Holy Spirit Acts 1:8-9.
If our reach would extend beyond our Jerusalem we cannot do it alone we need the help of the Holy Spirit. No local church can take territories and become of global relevance without the fire of the holy spirit in their lives. Matthew 3:11, Luke 3:16, I pray tonight you will catch fire in the name of Jesus... Amen
